This site is the property of mygiftpad. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions set forth in this notice.
MyGiftPad reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, mygiftpad.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the website.
MyGiftPad authorizes you to view and download the information at this website only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the website or any content to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that may infringes the rights of mygiftpad.com.

Order Confirmation
- Kindly notify us once payment is made, by providing us the Transaction Reference Number.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Email Confirmation.
- We will send you an email confirmation including all the information you have submitted on your order. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by phone and/or email.
Delivery
- Delivery will be done only after the fund transfer is approved.
- Order placed and confirmed Earliest delivery time slot
- By 11.00 AM can be done for same day delivery between 14.00-18.00 PM
- Without any specific timing
- By 15.00 PM next day starting 9.00 AM, without specific timing
Time of delivery:
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR DELIVERY AT SPECIFIC TIMES OF DAY . Deliveries to business addresses will be completed by the end of the business day. Residential deliveries will be completed by 6:00PM. We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time you have requested
If Recipient is not available.
To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the package in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day
To ensure that your gift arrives in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate.
Change of Particulars
Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery
Cancellation Order
- If the order is canceled by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
- If the order is canceled by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount
- If the order is canceled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.
- Non-delivery due to incorrect details (ex. Incorrect address, missed information's etc) will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted if there are any missing details.
- For same day delivery, cancellations made maximum 1 hour after payment.
Exchange / Refund
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received
- Mygiftpad and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
Substitutions
- If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- Flowers and other materials ( i.e: vases, ribbons, fruits, etc ) may varied depend on available stock.
- Seasonal condition may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific color may not always be available. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Essential Information
- Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality
- Illustrations are for guidance only. Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like as a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed.
- If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative with equal or greater value
- Same day delivery is possible in most areas if order is placed and confirmed before 11 AM Monday to Saturday.
- For cake order, it must be placed 3 days in advance
- Picture used on our website is only for reference purpose only, the actual flower arrangement and cake may differ between 5% to 10% from the picture
- Please arrange for the payment in advance due to the transfer might take days to confirm.
